SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION. When visiting our web site in order to register to use certain services, respond to a survey, or update your information, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"), such as your name, email address, physical address, or telephone number. You may review and revise any Personal Information we have about you by sending a request to Customer.Service@BaZing.com or calling 1.855.822.9464.
INFORMATION USAGE. We use Personal Information to perform business functions, such as serving our members and other customers, developing new products and services, fulfilling orders and contacting you when necessary, such as to confirm any request made by you through electronic means. We may also use this information to notify you about new products or services and special promotions offered by StrategyCorps. We may use Demographic Information to improve and enhance your experience on the BaZing website or mobile app. For example, we may use certain preferences you provide to tailor your experience at our site or mobile app, such as showing you content and sending you notices concerning benefits and services that may interest you.
INFORMATION DISCLOSURE. We may share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties, including marketing partners, printers, billing agents, insurance companies, administrators, and service providers that assist us in performing our business functions and marketing our products, and as otherwise permitted or required by law. These parties have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. We will not share any Personal Information with our any third party for purposes of marketing their products and services unless we are otherwise permitted to do so by law.
OPTING OUT OF SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION. Any information that you enter on an enrollment or other form on our Web site may be collected and retained by StrategyCorps, even if you decide not to enroll, may be used by StrategyCorps to send you future promotional information, and will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties (other than those disclosures otherwise required or permitted by law) or if you would prefer not to receive marketing emails from BaZing in the future, you may let us know by sending an email to Customer.Service@BaZing.com with the words "Opt Out" in the subject line. SECURITY OF STORED INFORMATION. StrategyCorps implements industry standard electronic safeguards and encryption to protect customer sensitive information. Information is stored on a server that is protected both physically and electronically and is not directly connected to the Internet. When a customer registers for or uses BaZing, information provided by the customer is stored and maintained on secure servers protected by firewalls, and housed in a secure data center.
PROTECTION OF COMMUNICATIONS. StrategyCorps uses Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") connections with 128-bit encryption for transactions and communications on the Service. The Site only supports browsers that use SSL 3.0 or higher. No data transmitted over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
INTERNAL USE OF INFORMATION. We use data collected through the Site in order to provide services to customers. We give access to individually identifiable information only to our employees who require such information to fulfill customer service requests.
USE OF COOKIES. We use "session" cookies when a customer logs into their account only to identify the organization that has provided access to the Site. We use longer-lasting cookies if the customer enters the Site at a later date without entering through a Sponsor. Use of any other short-term cookies on the Site is in no way linked to a customer's personally identifiable information. In addition, these short-term cookies expire and no longer have any effect once the user shuts down the browser.
TREATMENT OF INFORMATION OF FORMER MEMBERS AND CUSTOMERS. We will continue to follow our privacy policy for your Personal Information even when you are no longer a member or other customer of our business.
CANCELLATION. You may cancel your membership with StrategyCorps and the use of the Site by contacting your Sponsor. You may cancel your registration for the Site by sending a request via mail to BaZing, PO Box 1167, Brentwood, TN 37024-1167. Within 120 days of receiving a notice of cancellation, we will destroy all personally identifiable data you have provided, except for your first and last name, your unique identification number, and the dates on which you registered and cancelled your registration in order to demonstrate that you were once a member. This data will only be available to authorized employees (and to your financial institution) in the event of a dispute.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES. This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Site. We will post those changes prominently so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose the information to anyone. We will post any such changes at least 30 days before the changes become effective. Please periodically check the Site for information about revisions to this security and privacy policy. You agree that by using the Site after modifications to this policy become effective, you have agreed to the modifications.
MOBILE APPS. StrategyCorps mobile applications only obtain information per the usage terms of the mobile application(s) as agreed to upon download. Any application referred to in this policy is an application provided by StrategyCorps, LLC for its customers use and covers all mobile applications provided to StrategyCorps customers and therefore not limited to any one mobile application. StrategyCorps does not collect any data/information via mobile devices other than the necessary information that is required to provide our mobile service. All information provided via mobile device(s) are treated as any other information provided by any other means and are subject to the Security and Privacy Policy outlined in this section. StrategyCorps applications may collect real time location information for the purpose of providing the customer with services but are only done so with the permission of the user. Collection of data/information by StrategyCorps via mobile applications will only include location information and user favorites in order to provide pertinent data regarding service offerings. StrategyCorps does not share customer information with third parties more than is required in order to fulfill the customer's desire for access to StrategyCorps applications and services. Specific policies regarding access to customer information is contained in the StrategyCorps Security and Privacy Policy outlined in this section. StrategyCorps may use customer data collected via a mobile application to assist in the analysis of potential methods to serve the customers of StrategyCorps. The data collected is limited to information that has: a) been authorized by the user, or b) been made public by whatever method. StrategyCorps mobile customers are allowed to opt-out at any time from any information collection over their mobile device. These opt-out features are available via the application(s) that are accessed with the mobile device. If a user uninstalls any StrategyCorps application from their mobile device, data collection and access to the StrategyCorps network(s) will cease at that time.
